Services to Help You Achieve Your Goals!
I drive a 2022 Ford F150, and can bring all materials with me if needed. If I purchase the materials, I keep all receipts for later reimbursement. For a job that requires painting, such as new trim or wainscoting installment, I typically pre-paint all of the necessary materials in my shop before I install them in your home. Services include light electrical work, replacing a sink and faucet, repairing your deck, installing new lights, hanging pictures, mirrors, and shelving, fixing a hole in your drywall, repairing tile and grout, caulking, touching-up paint, assembling furniture, or booking me for a half or whole day to take care of your “Honey-Do” list! In the rare case that the job is too big for me, I may be able to put you in touch with someone who takes on bigger projects. I work with Home Builders, Electricians, Plumbers, and Concrete Contractors.
Consultations
I prefer to handle most of my quotes by speaking on the phone and using video conferencing such as Zoom or Facetime if I need to look at the actual work that needs to be finished. If it is a larger job, I will be happy to meet with you on site to review the entire project.
Safety
Safety is obviously a serious concern for your home, anyone living there, as well as myself. I prefer to work on your home with as few occupants at home as possible. I am flexible and will work around your schedule as best I can to complete the work required (Ex. If you have school age children I can do the work while they are at school).
Pre Construction
When possible, I would do as much work as I can ahead of time (Ex. When I do trim work or wainscoting I pre-paint all of the wood in my shop before I start on your project).
Remodeling
I have done extensive remodeling however; my remodeling consists of painting, changing out doors, and trim work. I do not in stall flooring, drywall, or major plumbing/electrical projects.
